Well, it's about that time to try something new in a way of eating. Not a "diet".
It's starting out as a week long diet my doc has put me on to see if my blood pressure can come down. Lots of veggies, no bread, grains, and what nots.
I'll start this weekend and track my progress and see what happens. I'll put up more details as time goes by.
